Oh The colors in Barn Wood kinda make me swoon!  Soft blue grey/ white background with speckles of grey, moss green and rust.  It really reminds me of an old barn! Barn would would make a gorgeous cardigan trimmed with Nearly Black.  Or what about a colorwork hat or sweater?  Barnwood knits up in a nice semi-neutral background and would work for colorwork with a bold graphic design.

Dyeing: New Garden Yarns uses color fast acid dyes on all our yarns. My yarns are all hand dyed by me in my dye studio in Excelsior Springs, MO.Yarns are usually dyed in groups of three or four and I do my best to ensure consistency in each batch, however, there may be some variation even with yarn dyed in the same pan. Skeins will be siblings, rather than twins, so it is recommended you order enough for a project in one order for best results. I recommend alternating skeins every other row of knitting to even out any differences.

Care: Machine or Hand wash cool with wool wash, Lay flat to dry.
