I’ve dyed up a new base, available for a short time!  It’s a beautiful Yak blend. The Yak in the blend makes the base yarn taupe colored, so this yarn dyes beautifully rich and earthy!  Yak is also warmer than Merino, so it’s a perfect yarn for cosy socks, shawls, sweaters and hats!

Available in beautiful tonals of Olive, Teal, Smoked Paprika, & Purple.  In stock in limited quantities, but can be ordered through 12/15.

Care: Machine or Hand wash cool with wool wash, Lay flat to dry.
Dyeing: New Garden Yarns uses color fast acid dyes on all our yarns. My yarns are all hand dyed by me in my dye studio in Excelsior Springs, MO.  Yarns are usually dyed in groups of three or four and I do my best to ensure consistency in each batch, however, there may be some variation even with yarn dyed in the same pan. Skeins will be siblings, rather than twins, so it is recommended you order enough for a project in one order for best results. I strongly recommend alternating skeins every other row of knitting to even out any differences.
